Stunning views of the mountains every morning.
Sadly, our relaxation was frequently interrupted by noise from children running and shouting in the corridors early in the morning. Additionally, we experienced significant delays with our meals, some of which arrived cold. Despite the hotel's beautiful setting and amenities, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which was quite disappointing.

Couples perfect getaway
Hotel had this amazing balcony with a amazing view of the Himalayas. The food was great, I mean, they had this buffet that I just couldn't stop indulging in.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know what, worth every cent.

The superior room with a mountain view was quite nice, and
the staff was incredibly welcoming. However, we encountered issues with the food quality, which was disappointing given the environment. A lovely surprise was the beautiful sunset view from the balcony, making it a memorable evening.

Stunning Views, but Service Needs Improvement
The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views that are unforgettable, but our experience was marred by a noisy school group and slow dining service. Check the spa hours before planning your visit. Perfect for group getaways, but bring your own entertainment if staying longer than a day.

great views but some room for improvement
I really enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond during our stay. The room exceeded international standards with a very comfortable bed. I also loved the stunning mountain view that actually stole my breath away at sunrise!
However, the swimming pool was a bit cooler than I expected and took away from the experience.

I was enchanted by the beautiful traditional Nepalese decor coupled with modern amenities throughout the hotel. The accessible paths and rest areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably and enjoy the stunning mountain views.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

Amazing views and great vibes!
Celebrated our 1st anniversary here. The superior deluxe room was fantastic, and the vibes were just perfect! The staff was super friendly and the food was yum, especially the breakfast buffet. Just a heads up, if you don’t have a car, getting there can be a bit tricky. All in all, highly recommended!

The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the Himalayas. The room itself was spacious and modern, making it a comfortable retreat. Room service was prompt, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, featuring a variety of freshly baked goods. However, the restaurant could get quite noisy during peak times, making it hard to enjoy meals. I also encountered some issues with the wifi connection, which was sluggish and made it difficult to stay connected. The hotel lacked transport options for a trip to the nearest village, which would have been helpful. More attention to detail in cleaning some of the furniture would also elevate the experience.
